Currency rates look out of date

Rates come from the European Central Bank, which publishes them once per weekday, in the afternoon, Central European Time. They do not change on weekends or European public holidays, so seeing the same numbers on a Saturday is expected rather than a fault.

The app keeps the last downloaded rates so it still works without a connection. Pull up the Currency tab and tap Refresh to fetch the latest figures.

Rates are for information only

These are ECB reference rates. They are not the rate your bank, card issuer, or exchange will give you, and they are not intended for trading decisions.

I bought Remove Ads and the ads came back

Open Settings → Restore purchases inside the app. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so restoring works on any iPhone signed into the same account, including after reinstalling.

If it still doesn't restore, make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account you bought it with, then email us.

Changing your advertising choices

• Tracking: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• Consent (EU, UK, Switzerland): Converter → Settings → Ad privacy choices
• No ads at all: the Remove Ads purchase stops every ad request

A unit I need is missing

The app covers length, weight, temperature, volume, speed, and area. If there's a category or unit you'd use regularly, email us — requests genuinely do shape what gets added next.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
